July 2024 Generation

Down quite a bit for me this month compared with last, grrrrr.

FIT system - 454kwh (down from 523kwh the month before)
Sunsynk - 124.9kwh

Hope you guys faring better
4.0kw FIT PV solar Sunnyboy 4000tl & 7 x 570w JA solar panels
7.08kw JA Solar panels & Sunsynk ECCO 3.6kw.

Sunsynk main system 592kWh vs PVGIS of 605kWh and last year of 632kWh - down a bit but not as much as some recent months
Hoymiles man cave system 137kWh

Total production 729kWh - Exported 404kWh

My results for July were:

3.87 kWp, slope 50 degrees, due south, lat 57.15

Total generation: 410.7kWh

Daily average: 13.2kWh

Generation per kWp: 106.1kWh

Daily average per kWp: 3.4kWh

PVGIS: 377kWh

%PVGIS: 109%

3rd worst July in 14 years.

Like most people (I expect anyway), this July was not as good as last year but still sufficient to keep everything going.
Changes from previous months, I now have a Kia E-Niro so export is going to be dropping a lot in the future.

Being a non-MCS install and the numbers not quite stacking up for paying £250 to get an export tariff, self use is the name of the game.

I remain impressed with the Kia, efficiency has been superb without any real changes to driving style.

Nowty Towers Power Station

Main 4kW PV system generated 488 kWh which is 12% below baseline. :evil:
Total PV arrays generated 1772 kWh. :twisted:

Electric Import was 811 kWh.
Gas import was 23 kWh.
Out of house EV charging was 0 kWh.
Petrol used in EV hybrid was 0 kWh.
Total imported energy use 834 kWh

Solar PV / Battery electric export was 1781 kWh. :twisted:
Ripple GF wind farm generated 528 kWh which is only 3% below baseline. :D
Ripple KH wind farm generated 296 kWh which is 23% below baseline. :evil:
Total energy offset 2605 kWh.

Net energy import/export (this month) for Nowty Towers 1771 kWh :mrgreen:

Net Energy Import/export (cumulative this year 2024) for Nowty Towers 6038 kWh :mrgreen:

Export - 0.45MWh (34%)
Import - 2.14MWh

Total energy use 3MWh
