Any news worthy story. Good things to watch at the Cinema, Theatre, on TV or have you read a good book lately?

Truly shocked at the 55%cf for on-shore wind there, no wonder it's a good location for SWB (solar, wind and battery).

Do folk believe that £48/MWh is possible? Assuming that's the usual 2012 CfD baseline then that's roughly £57/MWh, which is truly excellent given the huge amount of cabling costs that will be needed. What would the generation and storage costs be, £10-£20/MWh(?) with the 'biggie' being the cabling?

I suppose the good thing for the UK here is that if it's given a CfD contract, then we carry no risk, nor investment/build costs, we only pay the contracted amount for the leccy as it arrives.

I have my fingers and toes crossed that this scheme, and more importantly price, is doable.
8.7kWp PV [2.12kWp SSW + 4.61kWp ESE PV + 2.0kWp WNW PV]
Two BEV's.
Two small A2A heatpumps.
20kWh Battery storage.
