I should clarify, the AC from the inverter will be going to Tesla gateway.

Interesting about the voltage Nowty, my inverter has three inputs, I think I should reconfigure my panels for three string

This is my wiring diagram, thoughts please

Nice picture.

Regarding the input for 3 strings, there are only two MPPTs, so if doing 3 strings, the two going into the larger MPPT should be identically sized. I note the installation manual does not specifically say this.

So the panel configuration would need to be something like 8 + 8 / 6 or 7 + 7 / 8 configuration.
Best PowerPoint skilzzz!!

Cheers, the question about the strings into the MPPT was on my list!

Do you know if the DNO will be OK with a CT restricting export of the solars?

They should be if your setup is G100 complaint.
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

The inverter has a failsafe function that can be turned on to stop generation and sound alarm if CT/meter connection is lost, specifically to comply with UK G100 regulations. I am hopeful the DNO will recognise this!

Another thing I've noticed is that although the MPPT range is 90V to 520V (that's the working voltage Vmp range), its rated at 330V DC, so your better off doing it in 3 strings for max inverter efficiency and extended life of the inverter.

330V at Vmp is about 8 panels worth.
18.7kW PV > 109MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 26MWh generated
5 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 510 m3

7 + 7 and 8 it is then!
