Sorry to hear of all your and your families troubles. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Please take advise before putting a property in both your daughter’s and son’s name. It would mean that your son would not be a first time buyer when or if he buys a property on his own and would have to pay the full rate of stamp duty.

Thanks lads, much appreciated. I'd wish this on nobody, its been like fighting through a low grade toxic gas last couple of months..

NO1 & daughterly are fortunate in that they won't need the first time buyer bump. The place in Edinburgh is money they'd eventually get anyway. On the remote chance that one traitors on us then dual names works and there will be a semblance of control in the glide. It will be nice to have a family apartment in the capital. Being a Southside Glasgow boy from a single end I didn't read this place in my horoscope, ever. It will be nice to have a project again to enjoy and take our minds off recent events as well as enjoying time with the kids as adults. :D

Sorry to hear you are battling through another bad time JB, just remember there's plenty of us here that are only to happy to listen if you need to unload life's burden. Same goes for anyone else.

Its a sad thing, that as fellas, we struggle so much with things and ultimately when it all becomes too much we tend to make the worst of all decisions.

Heres to better times.

Bank !, looks like the bulk of this afternoons "in day" adjustment window boosting will be at cheap rate.

I've currently paused charging on the Tesla App, ready to unleash at 1.30pm. ;)

I've plugged my car now and can see it happily charging on a cheap rate too (I don't see the extra slots in the app because car is not compatible but the charger is).
