Solic diversion controller repair

#1

Post by ecogeorge »

I have a Solic immersion diversion controller that work fabuously except that the boost function no longer works . Push button on pcb and it runs at full chat for 90 mins. What has failed is the plastic push button extension that extends to the front cover. Seems a cheap item but where to source ?
Guess could try Solic direct but maybe on the shelf somewhere ?

Have you got (or planning to get) a 3D printer as it seems as though that would be a good simple project as a beginner?

I’d be looking at modifying a plastic knitting needle George. Some are fat, perhaps over 1/4”.

If you are able to get measurements, I could 3D print you one.
