Nice one, did I miss the second system going in? Heid full of holes these days!
I didn't post any photos but it was just small 5x345W panels on garage and Solis 1.5kW inverter - just helps with everything (car and batteries) and the roof was spare! - also managed to get agreed increased limit on export from Electricity NW for this extra system.

That's smashing, can't have too much pv, always seem to find a use for it, well done on the export limit rise. Its a tidy looking system.

I'm not sure but I think I've had a PB today of 38.5kWh, certainly a PB for April. 11.5 kWh today from Graig Fatha would round it out nicely, will see what the morning brings. Iain, out of interest, what is your single day PB? The figures you generate are incredible.
Joe, the best day looking back my records was 30th May last year where I got 93.9kWh, reckon it would have been 100kWh if it hadn't been for the clouds between 0700-0900hrs and the inverters clipping the output between 1130-1600hrs.
May 30th to June 5th was the best 7 day run ever at 605.6kWh, which is great but compare it to my total for Nov, Dec and Jan which was 665kWh, if only those kWh's were available at the coldest times of the year...

20.4kWh for me. Officially a “great” day. (10+kWh+ = “good”, 20+kWh = “great”).

Interestingly my inverter shut down between 12-130 because my batteries were full and my local grid voltage was too high. Seen this a few times this year, never before. Interesting development…

I asked sse to monitor the voltage. They ended up changing the transformer as they couldn’t retap the current one. Now the voltages are nicely in the middle of the allowed range.

Check it yourself on your incoming main and if it consistently gets above 253V midday'ish when the sun is shining then phone up your DNO and complain. Don't fall for the "you have solar PV its's your problem" lineThe upper limit is 253V at the meter, PV or no PV. It is worth checking it is not volts drop (rise) on the cable from the inverter to your grid connection.

Don't fall for the "you have solar PV its's your problem" line like they tried to give me a few years back. Took me months to get them to change the tap on the transformer. Thanks. The voltage with my inverter off has been rising to 252-253V. My inverter cuts off as soon as soon as the voltage hits 253V and tries again 5mins later. However even if it is slightly below the 253V it soon rises once the inverter starts exporting to the house/grid.
