Are we talking about the same things?
My RT1 pay outs (my receipts) have been faultless, I am not currently paying into WT3 (which may be the payments in question,) but I did put a lump sum into WT2 which went OK.

As far as I can see no monies are being taken for the as yet WT3 project (beyond reservation of £25 that we deemed unnecessary based on timelines & take up / extensions)

Although if you opted for the 12 months instalments then it may be an I.T. failure in relation to that.
Either way get onto them for online assistance to work out what's afoot.

An answer from Ripple about a week ago,

The payments system we work with , Stripe, is having some issues. It is nothing on your end or our end. We are aware of the problem but not quite sure what’s causing it. We’re working with Stripe to resolve. Hang fire for now and we’ll be in touch with everyone affected later this month.

And another answer a few days later,

Hopefully for customers experiencing this issue it has only resulted in a slight delay for their payments being taken - so we are not issuing refunds. Anyone who has faced more than one payment not being taken is being contacted separately today to resolve. Appreciate your frustration. Hopefully any problems customers have faced have not been major.

Grand sea view indeed.

Wonder if little Lord trumpington will try throwing a foul ball at the project, it would be kinda nice to be involved in a class action against him 😂 ,
