Also got another 'bathroom' type storage heater. 850W for upstairs, general raising of ambient for mornings, can take a 6 hour charge. Will get 4 or 5 hrs into it depending on my success with Go or Faster post SMET2 repairs. 1st Winter will be a test as running at the generation edge with no bank of Summer power. Nonetheless, personal records shall fall. :) Confidence is high!
If you got a Telsa you could move to Octopus Intelligence and get that 6hr 5p slot.

Just saying.
Don't forget the iPhone with iOS 14 or higher as well...

Ah yes, that's the deal breaker !

We changed our iphones recently and now have wireless charging although we don't have a wireless charger as I don't see much point in the house. But in the car its always awkward to stash your phone, it normally goes into the cup holder or in the door side pocket. On the 2021 T M3 version it has dual magnetic wireless charging plates !, how cool is that.

Probably reduces the range a bit though.

Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 26MWh generated

Thats still 16.7% of the membership as a few more members have since joined since my last count.

PS - My pin badge was broken too.

Post #26 - a while ago - should have given you a clue...
I'll give my badge to anyone who wants it - I don't often wear a blazer! I would blame the post office's letter handling/franking and sorting machines for the breakages. Most of our picture postcards arrive spoilt by a shredded surface from where they have been accelerated through the machines.
A

p.s. inspired by comments up-thread I'm writing to "them" (Not the PO) to suggest renting their/our grid connection and access road to a similar co-op from somewhere "up North" on a reciprocal basis, so that each co-op has a pair of turbines separated by distance.
2.0 kW/4.62 MWh pa in Ripples, 4.5 kWp W-facing pv, 9.5 kWh batt
30 solar thermal tubes, 2MWh pa in Stockport, plus Congleton and Kinlochbervie Hydros,
Most travel by bike, walking or bus/train. Veg, fruit - and Bees!

Was over in Belfast for a pint the other night and flying into Glasgow yesterday there was an excellent view of a Wind Farm. Thought i'd share that here. Impressive and all cranking. Some city Belfast, loved it!
