My best month so far was April with 485kwh, already had 370kWh for the month. That PB will fall this month and so far July, Aug, & Sept are the only months when I've been under 400kWh. Happy with that for the start up year. 8-)

Looking forward to the 600kWh months as Winter is coming.
19.7kW PV SE, VI, HM, EN & DW
Ripple 7kW WT & Gen to date 19MWh
42kWh LFPO4 storage
95kWh Heater storage
12kWh 210ltr HWT.
73kWh HI5
Deep insulation, air leak ct'd home
Zoned GCH & Hive 2

'The Energy Prices Bill was debated in Parliament this evening. Alan Whitehead MP Shadow Energy Minister raised the issue of whether wind farms that are owned by communities and cooperatives to stabilise the electricity bills of their owners would be exempted from the Bill’s proposed revenue cap.

The Energy Minister Graham Stuart MP confirmed that the Government does indeed intend to set out such an exemption.

It is great that the issue of consumer owned wind farms will now be addressed. Thank you to everyone who wrote to their MP over the weekend!

We will continue to follow the Bill and engage with the Government on the detail as necessary.'

My brain is turning towards project 3, with a dearth of professional smale scale projects available to invest in there are not many upcoming potentials. I think it will sell out the door when it goes live. Wish I knew what it was!

I looked at my average wind capacity factor graph for Jan which is 40% and would imply 893 kWh for me.
Add in my average solar for Jan which is 258 kWh  and the total is 1151 kWh. 8-)

Thats like a normal Nowty Towers Apr or Aug but in Jan.

And when WT2 starts cranking Jan should eclipse a normal Jun by quite some way.

Once WT2 is up and running our personal combined Jan 24 WT output would be 1.534MWh with maybe 100kWh to add to that from the PV :( . Now THAT shows the benefit of eggs in different baskets. 1,634kWh clean power in the middle of Winter, that'll do! 8-) :ugeek:

The transcripts from yesterdays Parliament session.

Ripple have stuck it on their official facebook page so I recon project 3 might now be imminent.

I am looking forward to this and going to buy in to the max I can just to do two fingers to the people who would bleed us and hope we stayed on the FF breast.

Fingers X'd for offshore WT but expecting solar PV down in the Shire somewhere. Maintenance and call outs will be cheaper. Maybe by project 5 we'll be offshore?....

Someone on one of the facebook groups has produced this chart for WT1, clearly Oct is beating every month to date.

Previous best monthly utilisation for WT1 was April at 25.8%, with yesterday's 19th Oct that figure is at 23.4% utilisation for October. I reckon by Monday afternoon we will see WT1 at a new PB even allowing for the dip today.. :D
