Nope no email, we only have a FIT account with SSE. As the property is rented out and energy supply is by another company. Maybe that is the issue, I will call SSE Monday thanks

I only had a FIT account with SSE (export and supply is with Octopus) so you should have had the email by now.
SSE contact details are: You can contact us online at micro.generation@sseenergyservices.com, or call us on 0345 076 7634.

I was with SSE now OVO, I received the email
Basically they will delay payment to the last possible moment, unlike SSE.

My FIT payment just goes into the energy bill, used to pay for ongoing maintenance of the house..

Just had my admission from SSE that they screwed up, with a £75 "goodwill" payment added to our account (although this was really a penalty imposed on SSE by OFGEM).

Worth chasing them, although it does take a long time to get a resolution, expect the OFGEM complaints process to take at least 4 to 5 months.

Finally got through to SSE FIT team.
The issue was our first system which is under RO FIT. For whatever reason the system was not generating a bill.
So because of that they didn't send anything out.
Had my statement through yesterday after speaking to them Monday, just need to wait to see how long before the money hits the bank. I didn't have to wait too long on the phone but I called bang on 9:00 in the morning so must have been one of the first one's to call.

I also have not been paid in nearly a year, the link they sent to my phone for FIT readings worked ok until it changed to OVO, now it doesn't work, i eventually emailed them with the reading and they said they had lost my account details .... incompetent bar stewards

Not only incompetent, but blatantly dishonest, too. I had the lost account details tale as well, so gave them all the details, including our address, FIT number, meter number etc again. Funny old thing, but when the cheque arrived the address had the exact same typo in that it's had since 2014, so it was very obvious that they hadn't lost the account info at all.
