WT1 November numbers are now in from ripple, the capacity factor was 38.9% against a baseline of 42.6%,

My broadband is down at the moment so I can’t post an updated graph yet as I’m struggling with mobile tethering.
18.7kW PV > 109MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 26MWh generated
5 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 510 m3

Latest capacity graph update for WT1.
Dec is off to a slow start, might even be a fat zero for today.

Good to see it pick up yesterday, today looks great. It has been quite a learning curve in how it varies in output. Pre switch on I would have thought 'Wales, December, well that's a cert'.

A bit of a standout in the community page that they are still referring to 'Solar Park' when mentioning Project 3. With fortune they'll graze sheep there too. :D

I managed a modest increase in my "official" electricity consumption on my Ripple account in anticipation for project 3. I was hoping for a decent uplift but they are playing hardball with the 120% figure now and I initially received this back after my first request,

Thanks for getting in touch.
Please could you just clarify for us that the consumption figure you've given is based on what you're consuming from the grid only?
Ripple aims to help people to meet their consumption needs which are not currently being met from their own generation.
I look forward to hearing from you.

I'm interested in the next ripple turbine - but how much should I apply for? I'm not sure what my annual use is, should I just use their slider?
This sounds pathetic on this forum, but in my defence, we have been on a V2G trial until recently, and we don't have separate meters for our use versus the car using and dumping back into the grid, so the numbers below are mostly estimates.

Car drives 2MWh
Car imported another 3MWh, but then exported 2.2MWh, the rest was "lost" :-(
House "stuff" 4MWh, lots of home working, it used to be 3Mwh/year, but I expect more now :-(
Heating & DHW heatpump used 1.3MWh (accurate, has a meter on it, we have a lot of insulation)
Solar PV made 3.5MWh (accurate, has a meter on it)

I could perhaps say 2+4+1.3-3.5 = 4ish. I'd rather push the slider up to the right & go for max, what would happen ?
4kWp solar, EV

Diy: MVHR, 150mm EWI, 15kWh batt, 2.4kW GSHP & no gas

You seem to have a handle on it. They won't kick you out for trying. You might need to provide evidence beyond a certain threshold. I think maybe 15Mwh and up you need to show bills?

@robl

You can buy as much to generate 6999 kWh and no questions or evidence is required, my father is a low user and he's at about 300%.

7000 kWh or above and it triggers the dreaded "Evidence may be required",

If you have no evidence (which is normally a leccy bill), then excuses are acceptable like, I have an EV on order, or I am having a heatpump fitted next year.

The problem is if your already in projects 1 and 2 and you've already used those excuses, it get a bit harder.

I was tempted with the hot tub in winter one but bottled it.

I just noticed a request for this on my Ripple account page the other day, thankfully I had a bill which when averaged out showed my import at above 9000kWh.
