There are 35,000 boats just on Canal and River Trust (CRT) waterways, with 7,000 constant cruisers, many now have at least one solar panel to power minimal loads, I'd guess that's a fair amount alone un accounted for.
Nice piece of lateral thinking Al. 🤔
Most of the boats I see here in Turkey have at least one panel. I was on a large gulet last year that had 8, about 300W each I'd guess. Same when we go touring in the Bongo, about every 4th motorhome has some sort of PV.

I have no doubts that definitions will vary! :D
That's basically my system, I'm not registered with anyone
16 250w Trina panels
Voltronic Axpert Max 8Kw hybrid inverter
3 x Chinese 125Ah (19Kwh total) batteries
To be done, more panels and a wind turbine
Off Grid 20 out of 24hrs
