My pack spends almost all its time at 49 point whatever, between 99-100% this jumps up as high as 53V.
The 28.4 value will be something not related.
Glad your pack is working better now it is balanced. it is worth repeating the exercise once a year to help use all the capacity and help with longevity of the pack.

Regardless, worth finding out the max V for the battery as Victron gear can overcharge. Best to know.

Ahh yes looked at the picture. UP2500 are 24V models. Regardless, worth finding out the max V for the battery as Victron gear can overcharge. Best to know.

53.2v is Pylontech voltage for 48v and Vicron limit this to 52.4v as they say its too high.

When DVCC is enabled, the battery (via the CAN-bms) is responsible for the charge voltage. The Pylontech battery requests a charge voltage of 53.2V. We have however found that in practice this is too high.
The Pylontech battery has 15 cells in series, so 53.2V equates to 3.55V per cell. This is very highly charged and makes the system prone to go overvoltage.
It should also be noted that a LiFePO4 cell stores very little additional energy above 3.45V.
For this reason we opted to override the BMS and cap the voltage at 52.4V. This sacrifices almost none of the capacity and greatly improves the stability of the system'

He needs to find out his max voltage as assuming eggs are eggs re the battery packs. Thats 26.2V max instead of 28.4V.

Some inverters have values you can set for a Lead-Acid battery pack, but the inverter will ignore those and use the values the BMS requests if connected to the coms of a Lithium pack.

Yes, note it says that the 48v has 15 cells in series so I doubt the 24v will have 7.5 probably 8 which would mean the 28.4v is correct. ((53.2/15) x 8)
The CAN or RS485 should set the voltage that's providing its communicating ok.
