Made in China sticker on it as I suspected.

And looks like a couple of Tinbums's Eltek HE flatpack "clones" in there.

Looks easy to repair though, screamed off and pull out module, no desoldering etc

I had some PCB's made to connect into the back.

Just curious, have you got some sort of cover on to keep the terminals safe?

I've not manufactured anything.

A 3D printed housing would be ideal.
