I've not heard back from them since yesterday when i sent some constructive criticism. I think it's important that they hear from the owners.

'You guys really need to get your act together. The comms have been dropping out for a full year and two maintenance windows have been immediately followed by hydraulic issues. Are you as a company actively trying to trash your own rep? 8 hrs running today and offline again, Absolutely piss poor performance. You should be mortified.'

There has been a clarification of the latest issue,

"A further issue transpired with the cooling for the hydraulics at Graig Fatha last night."

Johnny's learning curve is a long one.

They aren't good at handling nor pre-empting constructive criticism Joe.
Likely it will be taken as personal.

The comms, be it wireless on a turbine or answering their investors / shareholders is not something they excel at, but if we just close our eyes & ears they are not going to take it on board & change imho.

So well done.

Without proper information incoming with frequency we are all left to chatter on the available board & make guesses, you'd have thought that by this stage of rinse & repeat for project two they'd be on top of their game, but no.

After much badgering the timeline is far more reflective of stages, yet that was like plucking teeth to get done, & it has been 6 or more months since people asked for some anonymity (like here) in terms of forum names, something that they should have done right from the start (shakes head)
You are aware that if you go into your ripple WT account (main account) you can change your details until they eventually pull fingers out & your name can be merely initials or similar, a few people, myself included have done that already, not perfect but it is all we have.

I'm not sure how much accountability they have either? I'll be honest, they are not hitting the levels of professionalism and reaction I'd hoped for. It's all a bit too lax for my taste. Doesn't mean I'm right but I don't even have a word for it?
