Octopus saving sessions coming 1st Nov

I think my points are wrong for the last session as it should be 2400 per KWh and I have virtually the same as the session before which was 1800. Any one else?

EDIT Though saying that my Kwh saved are 75% down on what they should be. See others mention it on the octopus forum.

Apparently octopus used the wrong window for the in day adjustment window and used T-0 to T-3, instead of T-1 to T-4

Mine is 75% out, which that wouldn't account for it. That would make it 66%

I was expecting 50,000+ points, I made 38992.

My last 3 sessions are 31, 32 and 20kWh so 2/3 for me.

Using a different in day adjustment window does not work out in the maths for me, every combination I've tried gives a different result.

The clue could be in the strange £3 per kWh instead of the standard £2.25 for the final session.
75% of £3 is £2.25.

My theory is they have given a 75% weighting to the standard in day adjustment window and a 25% weighting to some other time period (which for me would typically be zero). That would work out for my result and I would be no worse off than calculating it the normal way at the standard £2.25 rate. Octopus may be wanting to share their info for the forthcoming workshops next month for next winters campaign.

I got 75% of the in day adjustment as well, with 23.095 kWh consumed in that window and 0.065 kWh during the saving session, with a resulting saving from Octopus of 5.68 kWh on 23/3/2023. That works out at 74.4%, but there will be some small adjustments from previous days as well.

Mine have come through at close to 10% of all the previous points earned, so roughly 4500 bonus points from 45000 previous points (including previous bonus points).

I knew it was going to be a 50k+ octopointer session.

I think they just fecked up and its the easiest way for them to fix it.

Sanity check,
65kWh during in day adjustment window, divide by 3 = 21.6666
Multiply by 300p = 6499.99
Multiply by 8 = 51999 Octopoints

But there is 1000 super saver bonus owed from the run on the 15th plus the streak of 100 from the 23rd to add. I'm also owed another 200 bonus points form earlier runs but I have probably kissed them goodbye.
Its pretty close.

Yes that's worked out for me. Should really be an adjustment not bonus points. I'm still due 2 x 100 points, I think. One from December and one for the 23rd March

I just checked my parents account who got 25 bonus points on top of 80 for the final session, so that shows it does not include the 100 for the streak bonus.
