Ouch, Octopus Agile flatlining.

If I had have been on the Agile tariff it shows it would have cost me (purely on usage) £199.82 for the last 30 days.

Doesn’t seem well thought out. The real (wholesale) price will fluctuate during the day so even if it is high there’d be periods when Octopus would rather you use the electric.

Is anyone still on Agile?
You’d be insane not to have switched to Go by now!
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

I am, :o Not through choice, it's due to the meter not working. In saying that the default is revert to a standard tarriff when meter cannot send figures. So in another way no I'm not on agile!

Appointment for 22nd Nov to sort it and I will try and leverage the massive delay in service into a Go Faster arrangement.

Go and Go Faster are still available but now 24p peak rate (was 15p), that makes the tariff better IMO, you get more RoI from your batteries/solar/time shifting.

It's a strange old time in power world. I'm just so glad that we (including all of u) have managed to mitigate our grid use to varying degrees. I would be embarrassed to admit how much power we have actually exported in the last 4 years compared to generation even just on the fit system. Outstanding to read that some of you are actually doing well off of the direct timed export, very cool in fact. :)

I've been hearing rain and 5 degrees back home, doing my bit out here for solar use! :)

Is it balanced to any extent by some exceptional export prices? Wind seems to be delivering quite well, so maybe not.
How many kWhr do pv people expect to get today?
A

2.0 kW/4.62 MWh pa in Ripples, 4.5 kWp W-facing pv, 9.5 kWh batt
