Not at the moment - I figured this was much lower hanging fruit, to get on the roof of the house would need scaffolding and probably a proper rail mounting system which all adds cost. So this was cheaper and faster for now - and its certainly producing enough:

Gonna need a bigger boat... err.. DC meter. 83A is bananas. I'm now charging my batteries faster from solar than my inverter can manage.

I actually might need to replace that cable, thats the original Pylontech cable that goes off to battery busbars. Its supposed to do 100A (the max the Pylontechs can do) but its getting pretty warm at 83A! Might be time for some 50mm...
6ish kWp is plenty for most people! Just that most people seem to do the roof first then look to ground mount or sheds or whatever for extra panels.

I see an A2A HP in your future. Great for AC on the days when you have more power than you can use. You could even attach it directly to the batteries via an inverter in off-grid mode...

I have full control of the MPPTs - Venus OS is installed on a Pi so I can use DVCC and set a maximum combined charge current (currently 100A). Complete with a DIY touchscreen on the wall :)

(the DC load is the oven pyro cleaning! ... STILL managing to slip some charge into the battery)

On the MPPTs, bulk charge voltage is set to 55.4v then 1 hour absorption at 54v.

Ultimately my plan is to go full-on blue and get a Multiplus then I can probably enjoy a lot more integration with their ESS system... but cost £££££ :evil: .. and the Luxpower does the job for now. My main bottleneck is the 3.4kW or so that it can invert.. I'd probably aim for at least an MP 8K, maybe a 10K.

Don't know about A2A but I've been running my 10.5kw Grant ASHP (air to water of course) off my 24v powerjack inverter*. Flat out max rating (heating water in cold weather) is 17A (3.7KW), but the highest I've seen is 3.4kw. So far space heating runs typically 1.0 - 2.2kw, but then it didn't get commissioned til February.

*Usually when it's being backfed by the solar GTIs.

1.3kW off the DC via the 2kW battery connected inverter would be incredibly simple. Do they (A2A) external units need to be outdoors or can they live in in external ventilated garage space?
