Managed 98.6kWh of RE generation yesterday between GF & home PV.
86.8 kWh for me but today might be 100+ for me. :D

I missed the webinar due to food but I will watch the catchup version later.

Holy cow, 2025, 200+ is tough but possible.

Chance the UK solar record might go today.

After making that potential 200kWh single day bold claim I just ran up the figures based on yesterday's output. Allowing a small margin of increase in the DWPV for its Southern location over my Northern arrays and matching wind speeds at both wind turbine sites my RE gear could do this on that perfect day.

Solaredge PV 25kWh
Victron PV 27kWh
DW PV 25kWh
GF WT 46 kWh
KH WT 77.5 Kwh
HT 5.5 kWh
Total 206 kWh

That is the first time I've ran this based on a days real world output! Total fluke that the output from the Northern Hydroturbine is needed to get it there from just about to idyllic new badge wearing territories. 👌 :D I am agog. 8-)

Having missed out on Ripple’s previous offerings, is there any way of buying in to the first two schemes?
Mitsubishi Ecodan
ASHP 8.5kW x 2
12 x 460w Solar panels
9.5kWh GivEnergy
Batteries x 2
EVs x 4 210 kWh Batteries
Ripple 5.8 kW PV 0.547 kW Whitelaw Brae

Nope, look towards Project 4. :(

Although there is the chance that someone will sell back their GF share after year 2. That allocation would then become available.

Hens teeth though.

But only to current Graig Fatha members so not happening, unless no Graig Fatha members want any.

Exactly, a bit of a shame that people eager to get in now that they know about it can't. I mentioned a scenario back in the day where Ripple could continue to sell for example Welsh govt share or bank shares to willing parties but then those parties would be getting in after the fact and once the risks have been run and at an immediate high profit whereas we risked and sat with dead money for about 1.5 yrs? Hmmn, not simple...

I wonder how much they will get the panels for per unit?

42MW/70,000=600W

600W is indeed a big old panel. £247 each on Bimble!

Oh no, incoming bad thought, 'wonder where they'll store them"?

Had booked club class train ticket for Naples to Rome on the fast train, was really looking forward to it but there has been an accident so no trains now till tomorrow :( , having to share a very expensive taxi instead. Total fecking chaos at the station.

But I watched the webinar catchup, they are getting better at presenting them now and Sarah seemed to have reduced her caffeine intake this time.

Very good questions and answer session, it’s just a shame they cannot say stuff like, get batteries and onto Octopus Go and you’ll have a negative bill.

Or we are going off government fantasy price forecast which says no increases in price for 40 years, get real.

Or load it up to 7000 kWh, no questions asked. ;)

One thing I took from it was for multiple projects the dashboard live generation will be a single chart and the bars are going to be stacked. :D

Bit funny Sarah kept calling it a wind farm and then correcting herself to call it a solar farm. Not a solar park then.

Oh and they did mention that KH is still on track for connection at year end.

Nowty, a guided colosseum tour that can jump the Q is a must. As is a wander through the palatine. One of the most amazing places I've ever been.
