Any news worthy story. Good things to watch at the Cinema, Theatre, on TV or have you read a good book lately?

Watched that yesterday. Great vid, shows how fast the HVDC rollout is growing. Combine that with accelerating RE and storage, and it's looking good.

I'm still amazed that the Morocco - UK link is still on the cards. It seems almost impossible economically, yet it's slowly developing. I really do hope it can work, and gets built out, schemes like that would massively re-inforce intermittent RE.

The Morocco project just seems too big to get off the ground - and the fact that it would require 4 years worth of global HVDC cable production doesn't help that suspicion.

He also mentions the Iceland HVDC link again which surprised me as that project looked like it died many years ago.
