For the collective, its optional, PM me if you want.
I've already made an estimate for your solar but wind is too dependant on setup and location.

18.7kW PV > 109MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 27MWh generated

105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's

We make 10kw solar 13kw wind, some bread and lots of beer.
We grow & cook loads.

Agreed, nowty is always playing with production numbers based on frequency of updates, estimated & honing them with actual. (when given)
Nowt wrong wi' that.

The option is given as include, include secretively, not included, far less intrusive than the average apps that many fail to question (if it was, I'd be hopping)

We are proud to see what can be done via a small band in terms of goals, it gives me faith that we are collectively achieving something rather than p155ing in the wind.

& in this day & age, that's much needed sanity imho.

It felt underhand.

If I had been asked upfront for the info, I would have readily given it.

There is indeed nothing wrong with that.
Done properly with permission.

Too much or just enough?

No, numbers given & merely an estimate based on general location, is like bran barrel lucky dip, far less than the day to day data you & yours likely give away via not having sealed up data through a local surgery, & the use of a hardcore data-scraper such as facebook.

for instance it's known I'm in east anglia, near cambridge, on the fens edge, but no more than that, & those publicly placed facts are not intrusive because I have placed them there, that & I trust a lot of the long term members here having known them for donkey's years here & "elswhwere"

If you wish to take umbrage then fine, likely ANY regular internet forum is not for you it has to be said, ..that coming from a data sensitive person such as myself.

(Who has zero problem with Nowty's list that gives insight as to our hitting stats)

From a nondescript location that if you told pro data scrapers the info was based on solar insolation from a general area would laugh their collective arses off)

What it FEELS & what it IS , ..are two distinctly different things.

The list is talked about time & time again, you are the first to "appear" to spit a dummy over it, (summising from the text) others simply choose to demur, however the opportunity to log numbers or ask (to be definitively included or excluded) is earlier the better.

I have a problem communicating sometimes due to lots of brain injuries, ...I hesitate to ask if you have taken a significant character changing knock or two the way this thread is rolling :(
