Have repaired a few over the years.

Its a printed circuit board design fault where the plated through hole / surface area is not big enough to pass the current.
The old relays were taken apart and no signs of internal contact damage were seen.
Before inserting the relay pass multiple copper cables though the two current contact holes. Bend it both sides. Solder a circular cable round the top side. under the relay. Extend the P.C.B. side cables a few mm. in various directions. Insert relay. Solder a nice circular blob over the bits off copper / board track.

Never had on fail after repair. :D

The ZETTLER 30 Amp relays by design. ????
Have a very small diameter contact supply cable. The average relay rated at that current
has got connection diameter cable / surface area considerably bigger.
I have been very happy with the AURORA inverters over the years.
I do find it strange it got to production with this type of relay fitted.
I did have one fail on my 6kW wind turbine. That was beyond repair.
The whole printed circuit board caught fire. They stopped selling the 6kW one.
