A double handful of wee tatties, washed, chopped in half, salt, pepper and cayenne chilli. Soaked in olive oil and will be going in the £20 airfryer bought 2nd hand (used once) this morning. The air fryers perm rez will be Edinburgh.
It pulls 1.3kW when heating and 32W when fan only. It will be critical in the Xmas dinner cook at Edinburgh place this year. Looking forward to it already.

That was back in May though.
Bloody time travelling gardeners. Notice how incredibly uninformed I am on Chelsea show time of year...
Nice wall though, very effective for only one material and a bit of work. Nice gabions too, the best use of gabions I have seen (apart from shore defence) was in Germany. About 100 mm thick but fence panel high. Metal post anchors, looked like they'd still be there 100 yrs from then.

My Goodness, tatties were epic! The wee side plate is about half, We gave the rest to No1 who is pulling a late shift.
Oh they were grand though! So simple and cooked off the stack solar at no cost and 0.36kWh as i like em crispy. More tomorrow I think!

Harvested some ripe chilli's and seeds today. Sadly my cross pollinators weren't carrying seeds. Nonetheless, a good crop for next years growth with three excellent smaller form Bush type doing well.
Planted out in containers 5 spuds that were chitting or would otherwise have gone to waste. Hoping they'll be Christmas spuds in Edinburgh.
