Russian TV propaganda pundits have been saying for a while now that in the UK we are forced to eating park squirrels due to food problems as a result of all that money funding ukraine :roll:

So best shoot em & place the carcass on facebook marketplace or whatever :lol:

Likely KFC will be forced to bring out the Brer rabbit family bucket imminently.

Luckily I noticed its approach this morning as it nipped up under the panels again.

The ladders were already in position to permit a speedy eviction. I hope that the squirrel is a quick learner, so I don't have to repeat this day-after-day.

Any wisdom to share before I start buying and installing the Bird Guard type mesh ??

PS. Alas, the water-jet-from-hose would never get to the ( distant ) target in such a confined space.

I wonder if hawk kites on poles work with squirrels?

Personally , i'd shoot young Nutty then feel bad about it for 10 secs before moving on.

Really, by now decades after we began mounting panels on roofs & the like you'd have thought there would be a few off the shelf strong wire guard boxing in air draught gap providing solutions wouldnt you?

A frame drill point to attach a pull out spring or protruding elbow joint mechanism that allows you to attach / remove a strong skirt limiting void space access to wildlife.
