That’s an impressive power output!

And an impressive size! Don't fancy trying to handle a panel that size on the roof. :o
3.87kWp PV
10.24kWp PV SolarEdge system
Tesla Powerwall 2
100 x 47mm Navitron tubes (still being installed!) Now likely to be removed for more PV.
MK2 PV router DHW diverter
Morso 5kW WBS
Vaillant AroTherm 10kW ASHP

The figures of 22.5% efficiency would appear to be similar to the higher spec panels that are becoming common (~400Wp for more normal sizes). Looking for specs, and seeing suggestions of around 2.3m by 1.3m, so a decent size .... to say the least.
8.7kWp PV [2.12kWp SSW + 4.61kWp ESE PV + 2.0kWp WNW PV]
Two BEV's.
Two small A2A heatpumps.
20kWh Battery storage.

22.5% efficiency is pretty impressive!
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger

(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

Trina seem to already produce 670W panels that are 2.4x1.3m with a 21.4% efficiiency, so increasing that to 22.5% efficiency as reported would presumably keep the same size.

The quoted module efficiency for that 700W panel is 22.5%, so is not a technological step up from other (non bifacial) panels available today, its just larger.
EDIT - Mart already pointed that out.

One of the largest currently available in the UK is this Canadian Solar 575W with a module efficiency of 22.3%, its pretty good value too.

I think the Sunpower ones are the best in efficiency, this 430W panel at around 22.7% but with a price to match.

There is also a 435W Sunpower one with a built in micro inverter at 22.8% efficiency for the ultimate "plug in" type, but they are over £600 a pop.
