And email now in, I note they have not mentioned the 120% limit.

As an existing member of Derril, you will also have the opportunity to buy more shares, should you wish. This ensures fairness across the membership.

There is now a short window of time, before Derril Water reaches its financial close, when it is able to accept new members and addtional share purchases.

You will be able to purchase more shares via your dashboard soon. We are currently making the necessary changes to the site and will let you know once it is ready.

I am not impressed with Ripple's level of financial disclosure.

Examples
  • never actually stating the amount of DW sold.
forever giving the impression DW, and KH, were selling well and investors should sign up quickly, when in fact, they were not and other investors/loans were needed.
not producing and filing GF and KH accounts within the FCA deadline. The FCA require co-ops to file accounts within 7 months of the year end, ie 31 October. Nothing so far.
pursuing a business model that is not self sustaining because of the 120% cap.
If I were Will Dodds, Ripple's finance director, I would not be sleeping well at night. All of these shenanigans will come home to roost one day. I hope that the co-operatives are adequately ring fenced from Ripple.

Also had the email explaining delay in next offer ..
I am happy to purchase more in Derril Water but note now any purchase to sustain a yearly consumption above 7000kwh requires proof of consumption. Is this new ??
Not disclosing my consumption as much less but expect it to increase as heat pump to be connected. Also about to self install up tp 4kw of solar so maybe it won't be ??
Maybe i am better off funding a mthly payment to myself for additional solar and batteries ??

My GF generation total has now exceeded 13 MWh.

And the forecast for the rest of the month looks promising.
Potentially a monthly PB is on the cards.

We have recently passed 11MWh.

Looking forward to the extra lift from KH in the not too distant future. This whole remote turbine thang has worked out extremely well. Without it I'd not be able to go no gas.

Are you sure of the roi? I am at 42.8%, shouldn't we be the same?

Duh, I'd looked at Kirkhill rather than GF, ROI is 42.80200790813024% or there about. :whako:

Might be a few millionths of a percent out but 42.8% will be good enough (to date)!
May have to try there at some point, I do like Thai food.
