Nice to have confirmation I’ve been getting paid for my export.

Only made £60 so far but every little helps. Gonna receive my bill for the late November/early December cold snap any day now. That’ll make interesting reading. Hoping to the the gargantuan amount of energy consumed offset by low prices from the additional IOG cheapslots.

I'm pretty happy with performance to-date too. baring in mind there were TVs and an xBox running and I only started exporting for the last few. I need to try and game a few 5-6pm cheapslots after xmas to keep my baseline up...

I’m working hard to improve my baseline.
Are the bank holidays counted as a weekend number in terms of baseline?

I know they are not counted as weekdays. I'm not sure whether they qualify as a weekend, probably are ignored like a saving session day. I will have look and update if I can work it out from the rules.

As the next saving session is highly likely to be next year now, if its a test session then there is no £3 / kWh guaranteed amount anymore, its on commercial bids so the payout may be less unless its a live session.

Had a look at the rules and there are 3 types of day,

Working, Non Working and Saving session days.

So bank holidays are "non working days" and so are weekend days.

There are less "non working days" and those days have lower demand so probably not worth boosting your baseline on non working days.

EDIT - If that makes any sense. :hysteria:, joe public will be thinking WTF.
