We booked our Chinese on the 7th December because we knew they would be busy and true enough they were saying they were not accepting orders or walk ins for new years eve since the 27th December.

SWMBO & I were in Mysure India a few years back. Bought a load (1/2 suitcase) of material from a textile market (block printed seconds). The linen sheets of which there were two in this pattern cost £1 each. The frame itself came from a secondhand shop a couple of years back (fiver).

A rummage through the upholstery department (just thought of Mrs Slokeham). Voila, 3 section room divider for £7. :)

My first Womble adventure of 2024.

The 6 blade lidl vonhaus £30 unit is displacing way more air than the 10 blade fan from amazon at £32 open box. :D

The 10 blader is relegated to cabin and WBS 2 service.

Extraordinarily crude airflow test.

It is a bigger base, larger fan dia and really does the job.

Edit- just did the paperstrip test again. I'd guess from visual and also feel on skin that the Vonhaus unit is displacing 50% more airflow.
