I will dig down into that info provided next week in Spain. I'd like to think that this set would be the last. As we're not far enough South or in orientation to make money off of export I am looking more as luxury extra capacity and lowering stress across the combined stack.

Can see the 'natural' spot for the expansion. I'd be OK going up in height of the battery units in the vertical plane as long as footprint doesn't change too much (aesthetics doncherknow).

Truly cool with that info Al, many thanks. :praise: :xl:

I'll have to double check the flow path through fuses.but I might be able to get away with running the new stack back through an existing set of busbars with an isolator back towards the new stack. I guess thats the benefit of existing infrastructure. It can be levered later on.

Heat gun at the ready, again benefit. No matter how big a bag of water I strap on, the restriction (hybrid inverter) remains the same as does the pressure/flow/heat.

A reasonable example of how clankies see electric(s).

So that would be 15kWh storage on the Eve's at 310Ah and 17.5kWh on the Gotion's at full reported capacity. Jings! I'd rather jump into the Gotion exotica just for the craick but it will come down to production numbers, hence price per kWh?

I dropped the hammer on SWMBO tonight re the job. Got the expected reaction but cunningly said i'd dump load the remainder of my 50% on the late Feb return back to her as a cash bonus for putting up with my madness. TBH, i dont know what i'd do without. Immediately came back of the Nowty school of thinking. "Can we sell this back to the grid?". Thats ma girl!

Off to Spain on Monday, bit of a new thing. Never tried an allinc before? Fingers and arse cheeks crossed!

What's this double pole newness? Oh how the game changes in short Windows!

Thanks Ian, that gives me something to base Deriy's quote against. I've heard back from Selina Li.there this morning so hopefully a quote in next few days.

I'll look to parallel off the balance board a la Nowty to the new stack and a couple of his upgraded rotary isolators in case of work required. I've still got a load of lugs from last time and the hammer crimper is ready to rock. 8-)

Do you want to quote me on a set of 15 Colin?

No worries if not. I have requested three quotes already. Two from reputable and one from a "dodgy' just to see the difference.

Shipping will be slower and more painful than normal with the extra 40% time going round the cape of good hope - also means 40% fewer ships for transporting goods, hope the quotes aren't too bad.
