Energy4all is a similar company to Ripple in that they help Coop companies raise funds and manage their projects.
There are some slight differences,
Returns are paid as dividends from the Coop's, as opposed to credits on your energy bill so you can spread your investments with SWMBO to reduce tax burdens.
Coops start themselves up locally and apply to Energy4all to raise and manage their projects, whereas Ripple buy up ready to run projects and set up a single (non local) Coop for each project.
Energy4all has been going a lot longer than Ripple and have many more successful projects running.
