I’m in my my last location down Mexico way.

Found some college students showing off their techy projects.

One had made solar panels out of a couple of picture frames running an electric motor.



And another was experimenting with pumped hydro.


The clue to this place is it was used in the film “The night of the iguana”. An old oscar winning film with Richard Burton, I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen it but I will check it out when I’m back home.

I believe a malecon is a latino generic term for a waterfront so I need the actual place. This should be an easy one.

I did see the full name Puerto Vallarta but when I Googled Malecon that was the one it came up with "Puerto Vallarta Malecon" needless to say I didn't read the rest!

Correct and it has a weird pronunciation, the “t” in Vallarta is silent.

At sea today so we had a late one last night and only just got up in time for a Tuscan wine tasting lunch at midday which was effectively our breakfast.

It’s a hard life.

SWMBO needed some naproxen for her arthritis yesterday so we visited a pharmacy. She was recommended for Morphine and Oxycodone.

I was offered diazepam as a muscle relaxant to ease a painful neck. They offered me a heavy discount on a bulk 10 boxes worth.

This was not a back street affair but a mainstream high street outfit. There was a queue of Americans literally filling carrier bags worth of stuff.
