Private messages stuck in outbox

Hi, is anyone else having problems today sending PM's? they worked fine for me in the past but now I have 4 of the same in my outbox.

Are you at the 50 limit? might need to delete a few. Or receiver has not opened.

Just checked, yes, I do have one I sent this morning in outbox. 30% full

They are stuck in the outbox until read by the recipient as I understand it.
