Is it really a garage? Looks more like a garden shed (comparing to dimensions provided for rooms). Too far from Drumnadrochit for me.

Wish there were properties like that in my village, ideal first time purchase!

Good luck with the sale.

3 bungalows came up for sale in my mothers road in the past month, all sold within a couple of weeks. Similar experience in my neck of the woods too, bungalows seem to be very sought after.
18.7kW PV > 109MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 26MWh generated
5 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 510 m3

Fingers crossed for similar here then! I am amazed at the volume of viewing traffic. Over 1700 online views with 8 downloads of the home report and two wishlists. Not sure about that last one in relevance but the Column is there so thought I'd better count it in. 🤔

I hope to have the property converted to cash by the time SWMBO & I come back over here mid July. That would be neat :?

I think I would be marketing that slightly different.
Bungalows are very popular with older folk who don't like stairs. The garden also seems comparatively large. It would suit someone who has time to look after the garden and also time to enjoy it.
3kW FIT Solar
0.8kW balcony solar.
2,372 W of turbine at Whitelaw Brae
6kw Panasonic air to air heat pump for downstairs.
2 WBS. Stovax 8kw and 5kw Morso squirrel
Rointe D series in 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
Aiming to go fully electric....
