I recently invested in a 5Kw Pylontech for a little over £1200, they were still available at that price the last time I looked.

I thought the prices weren’t too bad nearly 10kW for £2200, for a ready built unit rack mounted version.

TBH, I am viewing from the diy pov and haven't priced commercial gear for a while.

£97 per 405W panel incl vat at Screwfix. Not sure on delivery costs if any.

TradeSparky are £61.50 per panel but delivery costs apply and city plumbing are £60 per panel.with free delivery if a few ordered. It appears that Screwfix are about 50% dearer on their commercial batteries too at a first pass.

Might be OK if a loyalty card discount was applicable for one stop shopping? I'd forgotten the price of rails!

I have the ability to built batteries but not until you can get parts a bit more locally.

I had a quick tot up on prices. Diy route is about 50% of the stated price on 10kWh commercial battery with 50% extra capacity.thrown in.

That's having done it once before so had some gear already. Call it 60% cost if doing it for the first time a la diy.

Rack mounted version 10kwh cost about 1150$+shipping DDP to door
It will be about 1400-1500$ range
But just need to wait 55 days, that sucks
