What a ‘nothingness’ report that was. Most certainly a waste of paper, if printed.
When have you ever seen a turbine driving along a road - I thought they were securely fixed to the ground!
Apart from the poor reporting, I didn’t see any evidence to support anything, as far as I saw, from a fleeting scan through it. Just a ‘page-filler’ advertising report as far as I am concerned. There to attract those that have no idea about renewable energy technology.
