Enjoying these figures from No1's place. He's under £1 per day incl his now single standing charge to run his property.

I love that graph middle section where nothing happens from the grid. :)

Hopefully he'll see some increase in VB soc now that KH is outputting and the year is moving along. By next Spring he should be self sufficient and on the £1 DD to Octopus.

Spotted this in the local market this morning. Bought and It will live on the balcony. :D

The nonfunctioning IQ7 Enphase microinverter is in the back pack ready for home. If it fires up once there I'll need another panel to set up somewhere to feed the export contract. If the Hoymiles 300 doesn't operate when I get out here in Oct I'm in trouble!

Zero gas approach continues. 2 hot plates, a deep fat fryer and a swamp cooler getting steak, chips, onions & garlic mushrooms done. Wish my solar was outputting here!

While we wait for the Hoymiles micro there is an enjoyment in our Turkish home for the small beauty of lesser solar endeavours. :D

SWMBO who knows all too well my full on solar PV addiction just came out with a cracker.

"Why don't you panel the front shed"?

Oh yes!

I had forgotten about that shed!

I don’t think we have ever seen your front shed JB? You’re a dark horse, do you want to fess up to a bunker or owt while you’re on a roll ? :hysteria:

TBH it's not much of anything at all (the stables are another matter). It would give us a small boost in the morning and then late afternoon into evening.

I'd literally be doing it for the craick and even at 15p per kWh export it would be long & long paying back. Never stopped us before though, right? :joker:

Ah, the bunker... :praise:
