Yes,they appear to be on the ball with everything, but then, probably had to be to get this far!
In case they don't get the turbine complete today I've just been checking the forecast for tomorrow in Cardiff. Bright and sunny but northerly winds of 10 knots.
Might that be too much to contend with at that height?

The wind might be stronger at that height! I would guess that the nacelle could still be fitted as a) it will be very heavy, so shouldn't get blown around much and b) it will be fixed by bolting it down from the inside.

I have seen pictures of blades being fitted 1 by 1, I would guess that needs relatively still conditions given they are designed to be sails, so low weight to area - and it is "outdoor" work!
