From Ripple today,

Kirk Hill savings for September
25/10/2024

There are essential verification steps that need to be done at our end, and at the suppliers end once the generation and savings are confirmed. Only then can the savings be added to your electricity account.

We say ‘the third week’ that savings will be added to your accounts, and this will be the case the majority of the time, however occasionally this process will take a little longer, as has been the case this month.

The savings data has now been sent to Octopus and E.ON Next and we’re awaiting confirmation that the savings have been applied to members’ accounts.
