Does anybody know what requirements have to be fulfilled to have two meters in a domestic property. Think of situation with granny annex or ABB ie one grid supply but could be split to two ATTACHED properties. Is it the same situation with a outbuilding/shed.

What do you mean by ABB?
Re: 2nd leccy meter in domestic property
Air BnB I guess!
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger
(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

You just apply to the DNO, they tell you how much and how long it’ll take.
Why would you want to pay two lots of standing charge? If you want to convert an outbuilding into a rental and charge the tenant for the electric they consume then it is simple to install a meter into the CU.
