Fair play to you for chasing them up John

At best, its disgraceful, they never followed up on their assurance with a message back on 12 September, as promised. Six weeks back now.
Surely if they havent got a clue as to the timing requirements their accountants would have been telling them?

Very bizarre

Ripple seem to be prone to ignorance/mistakes/cock-ups/whatever they are.

Does anybody know a journalist who might take up the question and find out why or even get it sorted?

Yeah I know the perfect person - hes been an advocate of Ripple so he will be keen to clear up anything awry for his personal good standing - if people want to escalate this then Martin Lewis would be a great place to start in my opinion.

I've had emails about this (15.34,) surprised they haven't been mentioned earlier:
We want to give you an update on the Kirk Hill Coop annual accounts. Some of you will be aware the 2022 and 2023 annual accounts for Kirk Hill Coop have not yet been submitted to the FCA. We received formal notice from FCA that the Coop has until 24 December 2024 to submit the accounts or risk cancellation of the coop. This notice is reflected on the FCA’s website. We are in contact with the FCA over the matter.
I want to assure you that we have been working on the accounts with our auditors for a number of months. It has taken longer than anticipated, but the vast majority of the work is now complete. We expect to have both sets of audited accounts ready for approval within 10 days when we will issue a notice for the AGM to be held.

The coop board is aware of the issue. The delay to the accounts has been discussed at multiple coop board directors meetings and the urgency of the situation stressed to all involved.
We sincerely apologise for the delay and the concern this has caused some members of the coop and its Directors. There are clear learnings we will take to ensure our compliance procedures run much more efficiently in future.

We look forward to discussing this with you in more detail at the AGM.

Just in from Ripple :-

Further to our update last week regarding the delay to the accounts and the subsequent FCA notice, we are now in a position to issue a formal notice of the AGM (formal notice to follow on Monday) to approve the delayed accounts.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and the worry that this may have caused you. We know we must do better going forward and that we have some work to do to deliver the high standards our members rightly expect from us.

We will be reviewing all compliance procedures and will be putting steps in place to ensure compliance and communications to members is greatly improved going forward.

We look forward to discussing this with you at the AGM

If you have any questions please let us know by emailing us at support@rippleenergy.com

All the best,

So the first batch of the DW solar panels are now mounted on their frames, with a gold standard array checked and available for comparison when completing the rest.

The sequence of works as described by Ripple is to complete construction followed by energisation and commissioning. I would have thought this could be done on a field by field basis rather than waiting for all construction to be finished, unless of course the MV switchgear and LV distribution is not ready yet.

Does anyone remember if the previous wind turbines were all commissioned at the end, or brought online sequentially?
