Its not quite going to be a combined GF + KH personal best but Nowty Towers ownership should clear 100+ kWh of turbine generation today.

By comparison todays solar looks like not even making 3kWh.

As with many of the Nowty Towers power station statistics I find myself well down the scale having so far managed a modest 15kWh for my KH share. Got to say though that I am really pleased with the recent monthly cash injections from the coop to the Octopod account.

Looks, from the blade angle that one of the turbines has been down for some time at KH.

See their's been some mention of checking geology at Turbine 5. Related??

Very possibly, it was mentioned in the last KH Coop minutes "hydrological investigations at T5", I take that to be waterlogged ground. I remember they had a lot of drainage issues whilst building KH.

On the Ripple Community, maybe a bit of good news for KH, but unrelated to Turbine 5.

Turbine 1 fault - resolved
03/03/2025
Turbine 1 at Kirk Hill experienced a fault over the last few days which has now been resolved. The turbine is currently going through self-checks and we expect it to return to normal service tomorrow. The fault required new parts and a team on site so took a few days to resolve fully.

Kirk Hill currently banging it out at near 97% so all turbines including the waterlogged T5 must be running at high end.

Hopefully the accounts will get sorted. :xx:

Next months new rebate rates should be imminent but did Ripple get the timing right ?, the wholesale price has taken a 20% hit since Trump's talk of peace talks with Russia. It could be anything from very little change to 2p extra.

12 month wholesale leccy price.

Blimey, the tech info of the wind farm for March from the Kirk Hill Coop is far superior than anything I've seen from Ripple.

They even have info down to individual turbines.

I won't have to bother with my monthly capacity factors anymore.

That's good to see Nowty, bodes well for the future. :xl:

Liking the anonymous survey too. The co op seeking investor feedback? Gasp, imagine that, cleverly utilising an existing source! :praise:

Ripple really were shit.

That aside I have to applaud the co-op for coming out the gates in month 1 so strong. That really is well done, good on them. Unpaid volunteers too.👏
