Possibility today, in fact I would go as far as say very likely if Octopus bid their usual 16p / kWh.
Tomorrow looks even better too.
18.7kW PV > 110MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 32MWh generated
7 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
90kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 520 m3

Octopus bid 17p / kWh and were rejected  , some bids of 16p / kWh were accepted.

Opportunities to rinse are few and far between lately.

When they do happen you REALLY don't want to miss them!

Probably the last chance for Octopus with their bidding tactic this season except for very exceptional conditions.

Octopus were rejected at 16.3p / kWh, a few bids sub 13.5p / kWh were accepted.

I think that will be it for this season, I know this is now a year round service but with ever increasing amounts of solar generation I doubt Octopus will get its 16p / kWh again till next winter, except in very exceptional conditions. There is a small possibility tomorrow but Octopus don't even seem to bid at the weekend.

I think I've made about between £30 and £40 this season, compared with 10 times more for the past 2 years. I admit its now a lot of faff which has on multiple occasions, lost me what I've made with peak rate import accidents.
