Levered an update out of glazing Co. The matched pair of trapezoidal units have crossed the water and are in Central Belt, Whitburn. Just to get them North & installed next week. :xl:

Too right! It has been quite the journey. I'm glad SWMBO will be away in Turkey for the last of it. No more meltdowns please! :D

Should be starting final Installation seq a week today. :surrender:

Got plans to rip out downstairs bathroom this Winter and make it a shower room. When it's all out (cutting out full floor) I'll see if I can squeeze my fat ass into the crawlspace and insulate the remaining bits of underfloor.

Gotta say that the 3G has made a huge difference to controlling temperature spikes in the home. Looking forward to Winter already!

If any of you guys are thinking about 3G? This Liniair zero 90 product is brilliant. The only stumbling block has been a few of the handles have loosened off . I put that down to installer not tightening enough. I'll get torque setting off Liniar and install with some threadlock.

DTU Wlite S from Hoymiles arrived yesterday. Hooked it up this morning and sure enough, on connection via the desktop there was no power profile on the HMS 1000 2T. It must have been operating on Euro default grid spec. We now have a G99 power profile updated to it.

Will update later today if weather is good for testing. Peak yesterday early afternoon of 800W then it tripped and reset (which takes quite a bit of time).

To back up what Pudding already said but im not sure if ever confirmed? The dtu WliteS and access to grid profile through the desktop app has cured the reset at peak power issue on one of the Hoymiles units I have.

The Solaredge system at this point in the day has produced 4.88kWh of power per kWp. The Hoymiles had a late start as I didn't power it up with new profile until closer to 09.00hrs.

I'd say it's doing alright for a lash up with four old panels of unknown history & age?
