Moxi, I wouldn't know what the power curve was if it got up and bit me on the bum! I am currently charging the larger LB in the bongo as it went full flat over Winter. I guess the inverter from 12 to 240 pulls some current in dormant mode. My bad, i've likely killed it and learned something at the same time (do not neglect Bongo over Winter). I might just swap the 80A off the neep back into the bongo and see if the neep will trickle charge the 110A back into life. I remember Scruff from across the road did this with 12V batteries, brought them back from near dead i mean.

But we are still waiting to hear an official announcement from the national grid, so far they have said its a provisional record on twitter. They usually take 2 or 3 days to crunch the numbers to come up with the official record but so far no official confirmation.

Ah OK, great to see this. Onward and upward. They're needing WT1 in the mix just to be sure!

We never did get an official record statement from the national grid but it seems to have been around 19.5 GW.

Big blow coming again this Wednesday and very strong everywhere at 6pm, but the temperature will be milder.

I reckon the scores on the doors to look for the next record are going to be around 15 GW on gridwatch and 19 GW on energy numbers.

https://www.gridwatch.templar.co.uk (does not include unmetered wind)

https://energynumbers.info/gbgrid (includes an estimate unmetered wind)

For Ripple WT1 members we are really missing out on some good generation this week.

It would be nice if the energise date came forward a bit as a pleasant surprise. I am now looking forward to using my WT1 generation to power the car out and about in France.

Wind power has -averaged- 11.5GW this month. That sounds pretty good. I wonder what the record is for highest average monthly generation....

Noticed that gridwatch.co.uk appears to have a new record at 14.912GW for wind power today, wonder how long it will last given the forecast for the next few days.
