Hi Stan , really interesting links
And the enthusiasm is inspiring ...
In the Media or documents i read in the past i was told that waterpower "exploitation" is to its limits and i thought "what a nonsense "
Just in the Area in West Cork / Ireland i have not seen any Micro -Hydro Projects , all those farmers over the century , built land-drains on those hills to "cultivate" the land that all drained into a a bigger canal running down the hill
So all that water , that rain brings is just flooded into the sea from the hills , a no brainer that would be to install little micro hydro ideas along the land , it even would slow down water flow , aerate it , generate electricity and in the end just land there where that water would land/end anyhow .... into the Sea
