Yep - make it more as a saturated salt solution. Change every 2 weeks. When ‘cured’, store in an acidified (white wine vinegar) brine.

Rinse and soak in water before serving. Occasionally marinate in acidified olive oil with garlic and herbs.

For fawkes sake, I have just paid over £10k in VAT for the TM3.

When we lived in Soton, Nowty, we used to, occasionally, import drums from the US (somebody has too - son’s a drummer).

Customs used to be so lax. Probably managed to get 3 or 4 out of 5 without paying duty , not through anything dodgy, just pure ineptitude.

I am picking up my Tesla Model 3 from Southampton Docks, but somehow I doubt the customs note will be as dodgy.

Unless of course I've been scammed and I have in fact only bought a model of the model 3.
