But I would imagine Octopus will pay out £1.75 again irrespective of what happens in the bidding, going off past form. :xx:

Those with very small battery capacity will be able to re-charge during 18:00 to 18:30.

Yep, that will make the full 12 hour's worth of test sessions, so I don't expect any more this season.

No invitation to join on my account yet, or an email. The 2nd March email came in at 1228 so there's time yet. Very grateful for the alert here, though.

Patience, the bidding process takes time.
And we might need to opt in a second time in the 18:00 to 18:30 lull period, hmmmm, seems engineered to catch folk out and reduce the cost.

Bids are in,

Octopus stuck to their guns and bid £1.75 and were rejected, but I'm sure they will still play at £1.75, especially as its almost certainly the last session. :xx:
British Gas did not bid again probably as a protest.

The bids which were accepted ranged from 42.5p to 74.9p.

Looks like its "game over man" for this season, we might find out from tomorrows webinar what the future plans are for the Demand Flexibility Services.
