Only had the TM3 almost 3 years and I had to learn very quickly how to apply the handbrake and turn my headlights off.

Got told off on the train.

Is it on the end of the drive stalk?
Lights on the screen?

It’s south of the Alps and is Italian speaking. Daughters husband is Italian. SWMBO flew out 2 weeks ago so I’m solo driving there.

Charge stop No 2 in Reims. Would like a glass of champagne but no time for merriment.



The car wants me to charge at Nancy next, named after my mother.

Yes, I’ve only ever used single click park. Worked ok up to now.

And I normally leave the vehicle for the headlights to go off.

Charge No3 in Nancy, going to push on to Colmar and stay the night there. Under 2 hours to go.

What did you have to do to put the handbrake on, I only ever put it into park? I only ever click it once

You keep the park button pressed in for about 3 seconds and the park display turns red. Glad it’s not just me.

Still annoys me how expensive public charging is in this country, whilst they say they want everyone to drive electric
Public charging the same cost as petrol with all the inconvenience of having to wait…….crazy

TM3 wants me to cross the alps to arrive at the next supercharger with 8% left.

But the nearest supercharger is only 1.8 km away so I’m now there in Colmar south France near the Swiss border. Hard to find as it’s Sunday and some of the road access is closed with barriers down.

Charge No 4 at Colmar is a high usage station but still getting 100 kW. Price here is 34 euro cents / kWh. This price seems typical through France.

Everyone here seems to be staying long as the Alps crossing is next and Swiss charges might be eye watering.
