My only advice would be to accelerate to a complaint after a month. Octopus aren't in charge of the meter folk. Different company. Nonetheless, running it up the pole asap might cut back the waiting time.

Get them to come round to me afterwards as the last readings on my dashboard was from 29/08/21 and that's from a SMETS2 meter. SSE cut our power off for line maintenance 2 days after that readings so not sure if that is in any way related.
I wish I could Iain, start complaining now to them! You know that if the meter isn't sending data then you are off of agile, go etc and on their standard contract?

I am currently on this

Helpful Octopus 24M Fixed December 2020 v1
Fixed term ends 02/02/2023
17.41p/kWh 26.51p/day

06/02/21 was last reading sent by air.
My smart meter is now back sending info to Octopus, the 4 day (without power) rest must have cured the problem!
